How does person centred approach work?

Counselling is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts.

Person centred therapy allows the person to lead for example, if a client doesn’t feel understood, they cannot truly be genuine and exhibit their true self.

The therapist creates a safe environment with the client so they can express their thoughts, feelings and negative emotions.

I provide a non judgemental space for you to become more self aware and develop in your own unique way.

I will work with you to rethink existing patterns of behaviour, improve your self esteem, enhance self acceptance and have more fruitful relationships with significant other people in your life.
